Known for her energetic yet equally calming presence, creativity, emotional intelligence, and ability to bring structure to fast-paced environments, Jillian’s work blends professionalism with genuine human connection.Prior to relocating to Palm Beach County, Jillian founded and led Reflections By Jillian LLC in New York City, supporting more than 100 clients ranging from startups to enterprise organizations including Bloomingdale’s, Oracle, South by Southwest, the Miss Universe Organization, Lush Cosmetics, and Keller Williams.With more than 15 years of experience spanning hospitality, operations, experiential events, client relations, advocacy, organization, and community engagement, Jillian Kent brings a thoughtful and adaptable approach to helping people and ideas flourish.From project coordination and business support to experiential strategy, productivity solutions, image consulting, and meaningful events, Reflections By Jillian was created to help individuals and organizations feel more supported, aligned, and connected in both their vision and execution.Today, Jillian continues to expand Reflections with a focus on consulting, coordination, hospitality, community partnerships, and meaningful client experiences throughout South Florida and beyond.
