Jillian Kent is an event planner, producer, and community builder with over 15 years of experience creating meaningful experiences through hospitality, volunteerism, advocacy, and experiential events. As the founder of Reflections By Jillian LLC, a full-service event planning, management and staffing organizations.

Reflections secured contracts for more than 100 clients ranging from startups to enterprise organizations, including Bloomingdale’s, Oracle, South by Southwest, the Miss Universe Organization, Lush Cosmetics, and Keller Williams. Before the age of 30, Jillian earned certification as a Minority/Women-Owned Business Enterprise through the New York City Council.
